Alimos Marina successfully conducted its annual fire safety and “Man Overboard” drill on April 6, 2026, confirming the effectiveness of its response procedures and the high level of staff preparedness.
The emergency response drill for a marine pollution incident was successfully conducted on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Alimos Marina, confirming the effectiveness of the Emergency Response Plan and the level of staff preparedness.
Alimos Marina is hosting the semifinal qualification races for the Optimist National Team from March 11 to March 15, organized by the Nautical Club of Kalamaki. A total of 203 young sailors are competing in the Saronic Gulf, aiming to qualify for the final national selection phase.
Every year on 8 March, the world celebrates International Women’s Day, recognizing the contribution of women in every field of professional and social life.
On February 18, Alimos Marina welcomed for the second consecutive year students of the M.Sc. Program “Organization, Operation, Development and Port Management” of the University of West Attica.

The traditional Epiphany celebrations and the Blessing of the Waters were held in Alimos with great solemnity, attracting hundreds of residents and visitors. Following the Divine Liturgy at the Church of the Transfiguration of the Saviour, the procession of the Holy Cross concluded at the premises of Alimos Marina.
The Alimos Marina team came together in a festive holiday setting to mark the closing of the year and celebrate the achievements of the months behind us.
The Alimos Marina, as part of its environmental policy and the continuous improvement of its infrastructure, carries out regular external cleaning of tanks used for the collection and temporary storage of lubricating oils and petroleum residues from vessels.
