Alimos Marina is hosting the semifinal qualification races for the Optimist National Team from March 11 to March 15, organized by the Nautical Club of Kalamaki. A total of 203 young sailors are competing in the Saronic Gulf, aiming to qualify for the final national selection phase.

The Alimos Marina, as part of its environmental policy and the continuous improvement of its infrastructure, carries out regular external cleaning of tanks used for the collection and temporary storage of lubricating oils and petroleum residues from vessels.
Alimos Marina successfully completed its annual marine pollution response exercise on December 11, 2025, demonstrating full readiness and reaffirming the effectiveness of its “Emergency Response Plan for Marine Pollution.”
