The authorized person declares that only legally permitted works will be carried out.
It is strictly prohibited to perform any work involving flames (e.g., electric welding, oxygen usage, etc.), or any activities that produce dust, pollutants, or harmful emissions into the atmosphere. All works will be performed in accordance with the Environmental Operating Conditions for the boat maintenance area (ΑΔΑ: Ω7Ρ84653Π8-ΟΞ6).
For example, antifouling application works must be done with a substrate (such as nylon) placed under the boat. Waste materials and refuse must be disposed of in the designated bins. Water blasting is strictly prohibited. All works will be carried out by personnel who are insured with EFKA. The boat owner is fully responsible for the legal employment and insurance of the workers, as well as for ensuring that safety measures are strictly followed during the execution of works on the boat.
