At Alimos Marina, we are committed to protecting the environment and preserving the natural beauty of our surroundings. We kindly ask all visitors and boat owners to follow these guidelines to help maintain a clean and sustainable marina.

Waste Management

  • Recycling
    Please use the designated recycling bins for plastic, paper, glass, and aluminum.
  • Hazardous Waste
    Batteries, used oil, and chemicals must be disposed of in special collection bins located around the marina. Do not throw them in regular waste bins.
  • General Waste
    All other waste should be placed in sealed bags and disposed of in the appropriate waste bins.

Water Protection

  • Wastewater Disposal
    Discharging wastewater, food waste, or any other residues into the sea is strictly prohibited.
    The marina provides collection tanks for used oil and bilge water—please use them.

 Boat Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Eco-Friendly Cleaning
    Use only biodegradable and environmentally safe cleaning products. Harmful chemicals are not allowed.
  • Boat Repairs
    Repairs involving paints, solvents, or other hazardous substances must be done in designated areas, not at the docks.

Protecting Marine Life & Nature

  • Safe Boating
    Maintain low speeds near the marina and avoid excessive noise to protect marine life.
  • Keep the Sea Clean
    Do not dispose of trash, food, or oils into the water.
  • Respect Sensitive Areas
    The marina is near protected ecosystems. Please avoid disturbing wildlife.
  • Pet Waste
    Pet owners must clean up after their animals to keep the marina clean and hygienic.

Vehicle Parking

  • Parking in front of boats or on the docks is not allowed.
    Use designated parking spaces.

Safety Guidelines

  • No Open Flames or Fireworks
    Fireworks and open flames are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
  • Swimming & Water Sports
    Swimming, fishing, and water sports are not allowed in the berthing areas to prevent accidents.
