Alimos Municipal Swimming Pool
The Alimos Municipal swimming pool complex includes two heated swimming pools; an Olympic standards one (50x25m.) with eight lanes and a covered training one (10×12.5 m).
The use of the swimming pool is allowed only for professional swimming and water polo teams, as well as for the permanent residents of the Alimos area during specific visiting hours.
Transient visitors may use the pool under specific instructions see below more details.
The venue is famous both in Athens and nationwide, as it has hosted many international swimming contests and events.
It is also home to the Kalamaki Nautical Club (NOK), the Hellenic Nautical Club of Egyptians (ENOA) and the Water Polo Team (POLO) of the Hydraulic Nautical Club ((YNO).

Swimming: an excellent motor and aerobic activity for all ages.
Registration Requirements: Medical certificate from a cardiologist and a dermatologist or a general practitioner (covering both specialties) and 1 photo. Certificates in English are also accepted.
Required Equipment: Swimsuit, swim cap, goggles, flip-flops, and bathrobe.

Founded in 1947, Kalamaki Nautical Club is based in Alimos Marina. During its long-time presence in sea sports events, NOK is proud to include Olympians, World, Balkan and Greek Champions as well as the Water Polo Team that competes in the A1 Greek National League.
NOK entails eight sporting activities such as swimming, water polo, diving, triangle sailing, open-sea sailing, sea surface and underwater fishing , canoe and kayak.
