    4. Certificate of Valid Representation issued by the G.E.MI. or a recent Certificate for Recreational Crafts Shipping Companies.<\/li>\n
    5. In case the person appointed as procedural representative of the company is other than the legal representative of the company, a solemn declaration of Law 1599\/86 of the legal representative is required for the appointment of a procedural representative \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 and respectively a solemn declaration of Law 1599\/86 filled in by the procedural
      representative on the acceptance of his\/her appointment.<\/li>\n
