Subject to the legality of the cancellation, the Client is entitled to the return of the remaining prepaid berthing fees &amp; services provided that the cancellation statement will be declared to the Company at least 5 days prior to the departure of the vessel. If the client notifies the Company 3 days prior to the departure of the vessel, then he will be entitled to a refund equal to half of the remaining prepaid berthing fees and services.
